Unexpected warmth in service

The moment I entered, the staff made me feel as if I’d returned home. Each day started with a splendid breakfast and an incredible sea view from my room.

However, the elevator was often crowded, and I had to wait longer than expected at times. It was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise delightful stay.

The warm, welcoming décor made me feel right at home, and everything was so comfortable and clean. The staff were like family, ensuring that every need was met, making my stay truly delightful.

More accessible seating in dining areas, please.

It was just a fitting option for a budget stay in Netanya with value for money. They offered free watermelon by the pool, which was a nice touch. Make sure to ask about meal timings if you're planning to dine there during Shabbat.

The room was spacious with a comfy bed, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. Loved the big bathroom with both a regular shower and an overhead option. Breakfast had everything from fresh pastries to different Israeli dishes. The outdoor pool area was great with plenty of sun loungers. Location is perfect, just a block from the beach.

My stay at Leonardo Plaza was enjoyable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, particularly during my late arrival. The Grand Deluxe Room I stayed in was spacious, well-appointed, and had a stunning view. Breakfast was impressive, featuring a variety of fresh pastries, fruits, and carefully prepared local dishes. The hotel's location was perfect, providing easy access to the beach and local attractions.

Road noise from the street was slightly disruptive.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and offers very comfortable accommodations. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Michal at Reception and Doubi, who went above and beyond.

From the outside, the hotel appears slightly run down.

The hotel is ideally situated close to the beautiful beach, making it perfect for family outings. My kids loved the well-maintained pool, and we appreciated the warm welcome with snacks in the lobby. Staff were particularly attentive during our stay.

The staff was very friendly, especially the night manager who seemed genuinely happy to help. I also enjoyed the amazing breakfast spread, it made my mornings far better than they usually are.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, though still worth it for what you get.
